Our client is looking for integration (Risk) Specialist for a Ports project based in Abu Dhabi to perform change management in coordination with all the relevant PMC functions and lead the integration of change management and risk management activities. Proactively identify, monitor and manage interfaces across work packages, interfaces with owners of existing facilities, service providers and local authorities
Develop and maintain an overall Interface Management Plan for the Project covering all identified and potential interfaces
Check that all Contractors are aware of interfaces with other work packages and monitor their performance with interface management activities relevant to their scope.
Arrange and lead bi-weekly interface coordination meetings between contractors at the site to resolve interface issues
Perform change management in coordination with all relevant functional PMC teams:
Formulate options, Quantify schedule and cost impacts, Develop trade-off analyses and evaluation of options, Prepare Change Report and recommendation for Employer approval.
Position Skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with contracting, finance, project controls, engineering and construction teams to perform trade-off analyses. Requires excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
Other Remarks/Qualifications
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university

Relevant experience in major projects in the infrastructure or energy industry.
Arabic speaker would be very advantageous but not required. Solid knowledge of P6 and MS Office suite is required. Solid knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis tool, Crystal Ball, other risk analytical tools, processes, and techniques will heavily influence a positive selection. Solid verbal and written/visual presentation skills are an absolute requirement.
