Job Description
* Major Infrastructure Project * Multi-Discipline Engineering Company * Hourly Rate or Fixed Term Contract The client is a nationally recognised multi-discipline engineering and construction company that has been operating in Australia for over 20 years. Their scope of works include: Power, Roads, Tunnels, Rail and Process. Currently the client are in an alliance constructing a major rail infrastructure project in Queensland and they are currently looking to recruit a Contract Project Engineer to help drive the project to completion. You will be required to liaise with alliance partners, specialist sub-contractors and designers to ensure the installation and commissioning of the rail signalling systems and finishing works are completed on-time and to construction program. Ideally you will have a degree qualification in Civil or Electrical Engineering and experience working on rail infrastructure, including technical knowledge of communications and signalling systems. Commissioning experience will be highly regarded. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
