Job Description
* A leading Rail Service provider * A number of jobs available * Outstanding remuneration package Our client is a leading global service provider specialising in operations, maintenance, asset and project management. Their Australian Rail division is the dominant player in the provision of maintenance services across the country. We are now seeking applications for the position of HSE officer to ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice are maintained to meet our client standards. For this role there are a number of positions available, both office based and on –site. Duties include but are not limited to; Instruction and induction of new project personnel whilst providing advice, support and supervise personnel on HSE issues. Undertaking random spot-checks on the project site to verify compliance with the Rail Projects Quality Management System, as well as, instructing and assessing the relevant subcontractors to verify their compliance to the applicable project HSE requirements. Reporting and investigation of accidents, damages, environmental loss and near miss, also administrating and reviewing regularly the Rail Projects Quality Management System, to ensure the system is kept up to date.
