Job Description
* Operational management position * Excellent remuneration * Sponsorship offered This strongly established services provider has recently been awarded millions of dollars in rail upgrade work to deliver over the next two years. To cope with this influx of work they have created a role for an Industrial Services Manager. Your role will be to communicate internally and externally to coordinate services for the rail division. Providing strong leadership for a variety of functional areas within the team, you will also have a strong safety ethos. Areas you will manage include: the RTO (Registered Training Organisation) group, points and crossings manufacturing, signals and communications and station operations. The role has a peer working relationship spanning the globe and is considered essential to the central functional of the other rail divisions. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within a rail team, however this is not essential to the position. Candidates with experience in similar operational management functions within the transport or logistics industries are also encouraged to apply. An excellent remuneration is negotiable commiserate with your experience and sponsorship will also be available for ideal international candidates.
