We are looking for a

Manager Business Development and Marketing - Mainline and ERTMS



In this role you can be based in different places. You will work for our RCS department and manage the business development and marketing process to generate sales opportunities for business and projects relating to the worldwide Mainline and ERTMS market segments.


You will ensure customer segment strategies are created, deployed and successfully executed globally. You will be also responsible for the marketing and sales of the interflo solutions portfolio and market strategies. Furthermore you will ensure that market plans, portfolio management, promotional and competitive analysis is developed for the segment.

Another important task of your job is to maintain, monitor and set order intake to make sure Mainline/ ERTMS business growth. You will identify, maintain and provide analysis of all competitor business. Your role is also to support and drive the marketing of all ML/ERTMS customer events. You will be the expert and reference for ML/ERTMS in Bombardier Transportation. The role includes travels.



Your Challenges

Develop and provide to the business sound market analysis of customer and market needs
Support sales process improvement and tools deployment within RCS
Create and deploy sales training for the Sales fraternity on ERTMS including the generation of training material
Provide support to all major bids where necessary and help develop core competence team for ERTMS solutions with a goal to reduce solutions cost and to provide standard and consistent bids

Qualifications

Your Experience and Qualifications

· Experience in Sales within in a relevant industry

· Good knowledge of Signalling and its products and systems

· Particular knowledge and experience of Mainline and ERTMS systems

· Experience in negotiating including setting contractual terms and conditions

· Experience in the Signalling business at senior leve

· Experience in Marketing tools and processes
