Job Description Our client, one of Australia?s leading contractors, is seeking to employ an experienced Operations Manager to be based in their Rail Division, located in Sydney/NSW. You will provide operational support to current and future projects, and you will be the interface between these projects and the Division Manager. To undertake this role, it is essential that you will have a proven background in the delivery of rail projects, and will have worked on major rail projects at Senior Project Manager Level or higher. You will have successfully have delivered at least one project valued at over USD 50m and will have a good balance between technical and commercial strength. It would be advantageous to have experience in leading a Bid, and to have estimated projects directly. You will be degree qualified or equivalent, ideally chartered status and will have a stable career background gained working with a top 20 UK contractor. This is a unique opportunity to gain full time employment with a leading Australian contractor, candidates seeking overseas short term contracts should not apply.
