We are talent pooling for Power Supply and Distribution Engineers for our future projects all around the world.

In your role you will manage, direct and coordinate all design activities for power supply and distribution of all internal/external suppliers and regulatory authorities. Coordinate timely availability of design documentation for Substations and Overhead line. Provide integrated reporting on progress, delay from sub-systems level to integration level. Responsible for providing all necessary data to interface/integration team for the PS&D systems. Ensure review of design in timely manner and review of testing procedures to be handed-over to T&C manager. Provide the overall input for progress and status report on monthly basis. Responsible to collect all data from PS&D for compliance matrix process and populate the relevant library. Provide technical support to QA/QC team for inspection during installation

In your role you will be responsible for:

• Direct, manage and report for power supply design activities.
• Review/prepare all necessary design for PS&D systems. Implement ‘workaround’ plans to mitigate adverse effects of delays on the contract schedule.
• Responsible for PS&D input of design plan. Manage/coordinate for all aspect of the PS&D systems and its components:
• Responsible to provide testing procedure for relevant systems to T&C manager.
• Prepare/ present reviews, reports to management. Collect all PS&D data for compliance matrix process and RAMS

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate:

• You hold a B.S. Engineering degree (preferred) or equivalent education and experience.
• You possess at least 7 years experience in Railway project and strong design capability in PS&D systems of LRV transit systems.
• You are fluent in English and additional knowledge of French will be an advantage but not essential.
• You have working knowledge of planning and scheduling criteria and management skills.
• You have the ability to work in a team environment and interface.
• You have the ability to make decisions and take ownership when necessary.
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• You are skilled on all systems used in Railway project. Capable of looking on global picture (integrated tests).
• You are well aware of sequence of tests to be able to build a working programme.
