Using your technological knowledge, do you want to design Locomotives, which will prospectively drive via the rails of this world? For our Locomotives division based in Zurich /Switzerland or Mannheim/Germany we are currently looking to recruit a: Process Lead Engineer (m/f) Your main responsibilities: As a process lead function in System Engineering, you will have the following responsibilities: Define internal work flow processes Define processes for managing of product development from idea to phase-out of products Monitor the processes and planning actives in System Engineering Development, introduction and controlling of System Engineering processes at all sites. Prepare the process documentation Support with and interfaces to other functions. Harmonize processes with other functions. Qualifications We expect your work to be characterized by a structured approach and a consistent focus on goals. Your strengths should include communication skills, project management skills, an ability to quickly grasp ideas and to analyze problems within processes. You have studied Engineering (University Master or Bachelor degree), preferably electrical, or have a similar education. Your experience in the industry gives you a clear understanding of the engineering process and you easily incorporate the lessons learnt out of the project execution to improve the internal work flow in Engineering. Ideally, you should have a relevant experience in the area of planning and process analysis, combined with a direct engineering experience. Fluent English and German are required for this interesting position. Further language skills would be an advantage. Depending on your suitability, experience and interests, outstanding prospects in an international environment will be open to you in the areas of both technology and management.
