Their collaborative approach is successful in achieving standards of excellence in world challenging projects that they deliver in partnership with their clients.

With the re-structure of their head office, an experienced project administrator will establish and oversee all administrative functions for projects. Coupling this they will work very closely with the project and project controls managers to ensure the transmission of approvals, denials and requests are recorded and communicated.

Your proven skills in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written andamp; verbal communication with a high level of customer service will be a benefit to the role. Following this you will be responsible for:

and#183; Implementing and following project Quality Assurance procedures.
and#183; Track the processing of but not limited to:
and#183; Correspondence
and#183; Minutes
and#183; Reports
and#183; Payments
and#183; Change orders andamp; notices
and#183; Submittal
and#183; Claims
and#183; Project level administration and operational activities

Your exposure to a similar role and experience in project and executive level administration will guarantee you a position with this business. Your experience in compliance is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required to sustain this role.
