This is a fantastic opportunity to join Thales Australia as an Engineering Manager within our Transport, Security & Aerospace domain. You will primarily lead and manage the Project engineering team, whilst developing the total system technical solution. You will manage the progress of the project schedule, expenditure and risk relating to the project and manage the relationship with customers and subcontractors. You will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, and have a strong background in systems engineering. You will also have management experience in a multi-discipline and complex projects environment, preferably in the Transport, Rail & Infrastructure industry. As an experienced Engineer Manager, you have a firm grasp of the importance of deadlines, good communication skills, and constantly look for ways to achieve better results.
