Job Description
Description: Senior Engineer assigned to task-based railroad engineering project. Duties will include inspection and oversight of force account work and general technical tasks in support of task assignments. Task-Based Railroad Engineering (Agreement No. 52530). Design engineering and field inspection for the repairs or replacement of railroad bridges, culverts, station facilities and buildings. This position represents continuous, long-term employment involved in the improvement of Connecticut’s public transportation systems. Requirements: Prior ConnDOT and field inspection experience required. 5 years minimum experience on similar assignments. BSCE, PE.
