Right now, were looking for an experienced Senior Telecommunications Design Engineer to join our Rail team. Working in our Chatswood project office as part of a multi disciplinary alliance delivering a 240 million dollar program of works at Glenfield Junction and Station in preparation for the new Sydney South West Rail Link.

Your will be responsibilities will include station systems, public address, Station Passenger Information, CCTV, Help Point, Station and Security Local Area Networks, Clocks, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Ticketing, Intercom, Induction Loop, Lift Emergency Phones, Public Telephones, and RailCorp Station Telephones and rail systems including Signal Post Telephones, Signalling Transmission and Equipment Building and Location Case Telephones.

To succeed in this role you will have a good understanding of RailCorp standards and practices for telecommunications in railway systems and stations environments. You will posses excellent leadership skills, including communication and coordination skills along with the ability to scope, program and determine work breakdown structure. You will possess the necessary tertiary qualifications in electrical or electronics.
