Right now, were looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join our Rail team in our Melbourne office.

Supporting the rail team your duties and responsibilities will include managing filing systems, arranging flights/cars and accommodation for long distance and interstate travel, arranging training, invoicing, setting up filing systems both electronic and paper, organising client meetings/workshops, small projects management


To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role within a consultancy or rail organisation and have provided support at a similar level. You will have proficient MS office skills in word, excel, powerpoint and Adobe software. Good typing speed and shorthand is also desireable for minute taking. Contract administration experience or an understanding of desireable. You need the ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach be able to work unsupervised while always being a team player.
