Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join our Rail team in our Sydney office. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive and be able to anticipate the needs of the Rail Team. Your role will include preparation of documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, reports, briefing notes, memoranda and correspondence in a timely manner. Additionally you will prepare presentations including tables, charts and graphs. Preparation and management of invoices, HR, travel and IT matters relating to support of the team as requested by the executive is also required. The key skills required in this role are time management and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively to meet required deadlines. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe Acrobat including strong knowledge of styles and formatting . Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards getting work done is essential.
