* Driving Infrastructure programmes * National role * Award winning global company Depending on experience This progressive award winning global organisation has recently been awarded RTO status and this will be extended to all levels for projects nationally. To facilitate this exciting growth phase they are now seeking an experienced trainer and assessor to be based in Sydney, but to work across NSW/ACT, Victoria and WA. Excellence is expected as you take training to the next level of growth as the business expands across states and territories, managing RTO continuous improvement requirements, and representing the organisation at industry training bodies and committees. You be dedicated to continuous improvement with significant rail technical knowledge; with certificate four in training and assessment or equivalent and a minimum two years in delivering training and carrying out robust assessments to front line staff. Your enthusiasm, energy and excellent organisation skills, will see you succeed in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Trainer and Assessor to be part of industry leading contractor and make a considerable impact at national level.
