Your main responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the workshop, ensuring that production targets are met and schedules adhered to. Key to this is ensuring staff are working at an optimum level, to ensure quality, OHS and efficiency targets are met and exceeded. You will have a strong management background encompassing experience working in heavy manufacturing environments. A good knowledge of machining and fabrication processes is essential, as is the ability to lead and communicate with peers effectively. This represents a great opportunity for a systems driven manager to take on an exciting challenge in a truly progressive organisation.
